With just hours to go before the Gor Mahia FC friendly against English Championship side Hull City FC set for Sunday 13, Kenyan fans from both teams can’t wait to see who will emerge as winners.

As we had reported earlier, SportPesa CEO Captain Ronald Karauri, had been challenged by comedian group Propesa.

The task put forward involved giving up his swanky Overfinch Range Rover if Kogallo boys lose the match.

In a video posted on Facebook by Propesa, the funny guys gave Capt. Karauri a tour of their white Toyota Probox dubbed ‘Toyota Overfinch,’

They expect the CEO to drive the vehicle around after Sunday’s match should Hull City beat Gor Mahia FC.

Gor was victorious after heated battle against rivals AFC Leopards SC that was held at the Afraha Stadium in Nakuru on May 1, 2018.

They won the game 5-4, on post-match penalties and are more than ready to play Sunday’s friendly.

The Mashemeji Derby organized by Africa’s leading gaming platform, SportPesa, gave both local clubs the chance to represent Kenya in the once-in-a-lifetime match. Leopards, in the end, lost to Gor.

In a tweet posted by Capt. Ronald Karauri, who is gunning for the home team to win, he finally accepted Propesa’s challenge to hand over the keys to his KSh50 million vehicle.

In return he would drive the duo’s Toyota Probox.

The CEO also gave Propesa a personal tour of the Overfinch, from the trunk to the luxurious interior, and finally accepted the challenge.

“Challenge accepted, Sunday I’m winning the game, be ready to lose your Overfinch,” Karauri said.

Kenyans on Twitter couldn’t let this go, and immediately hopped onto the conversation in response to the CEO. They seemingly can’t wait to see him drive the Toyota ‘Overfinch’.

If Hull City wins, Propesa will ride in the CEO’s Overfinch. If Gor Mahia win, then Capt. Karauri gets to ride in Propesa’s Probox dubbed ‘Toyota Overfinch’.

The match will take place at Kasarani Stadium in Nairobi.
